While diving in swimming pool I got injured in right side stomach. I feel pain in that area. My Arm too painful

You need to do an ultrasound of your abdomen and visit a doctor immediately. It might just be a superficial muscle strain or may be somethning serious inside. And regarding your arm, do some hot fomentation and use it too much till you visit a doctor.
