Diarrhoea after swimming water goes in.

Earlier also I had some serious diarrhoea issue when the swimming water was swallowed by mistake. For 1 week I was on probiotics, anti diarrhoea tablets,ors. That time I couldn't confirm from where I had contracted the bacteria but this time I'm sure that it is the swimming pool which has given me . Recently  by mistake had swallowed some water now I'm suffering again with it. What are possible remedy for this apart from leaving swimming coz due to underlying medical issue of leg pain in moisture season I have to keep the swimming. Also how to stay safe as these bacteria issue can't be detected without any water sample test and poor maintenance of swimming pool across the country I can't be safe in any pool
