Hello dr Today Morning I am getting a terrible pain on my right side of my back.Whenrver I talk or Breathe deep it pains.Why is it so?
And I am Also having slipped disc so I need to wear a lumbo sacral Belt .What is the reason dr?

This is a musculo-skeletal pain. Take a tab paracetamol 500 mg sos
Apply menthol+ diclofenac gel.
Applying hot fomentation will also bring rekief.
