Right side of my jaw hurts
I got punched in the right side of my face 2days ago and I have a bad paid on the right side of my jaw but I can still open it and close it. No swelling and also no bleeding or drooling. Just want to know if it's dislocated or fractured and will it heal on its own.

U haven't mentioned if you have a swelling. all u need to do is just get an x ray done(OPG) for any doctor to comment further. And show it to your nearest oral medicine and radiology specialist/ oral surgeon. They will guide you appropriately. Although the fact that you can open and close your mouth is a good sign.
Next Steps
get an Orthopantomogram (OPG) take regular pain killer (divon plus) if you aren't allergic. and immediate check up by an oral physician. soft diet.

Health Tips

You seem to have symptoms which should not be ignored. Please get an xray called OPG done as soon as possible. It is next to impossible to confirm the diagnosis of bone fracture without radiograph, unless of course there is obvious detection of step in the bone outline. Dislocation can also be detected by that. The right treatment can be given only after a proper diagnosis has been made after a clinical examination and evaluation of the xrays. Regards.
