Right side near my hip has a sharp pain
Over the past 3 days the pain has progressed and is getting worse. I have a sharp pain near the right side of my hip its doesnt hurt so much when i lay down but when i move around or lean to my right side it hurts more i woke up yesterday an the pain was so worse but before that it was tolerable when i take panadole it seems to go away but it comes back but today my lower back has started to ache and the left side near my hip feels strange similar pain but like its faded an it doesnt throab

This seems to be a pain of the sciatic nerve. Must have started after lifting some heavy weight or doing some exertional exercise. Do hot fomentation in the lower back and hip region and if still the pain persists you can consult me. Take care

U might have got hit there unknowingly opposite something hard, May be a bruise. Do Ice pack.
