Right side Chest Pain

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Dear sir, Since two days unable to breath or talk bcs of Right side chest pain. Exactly below the nipple and today i went to General physician he given injection and tablets Rebex20 Till now nothing is reduced its increasing and unbale to ly down on bed or breath normally The chest pain was identified 5 months back. Any tablets if i take pain will increase. Regularly morning im taking Thyriod tablet now i have stopped. Pls help me and save me
