Hi Docs, Just need a 2nd opinion. One of our doctor says need to go for a surgery on right shoulder due to muscle tear. Shall i go ahead or not Attached the mri report Thank you

Going for surgery or not maily depends on the  symptoms of patient , age of the patint, lifestyle of the patient, ie sedentary worker, athelete etc snd not just on the MRI finding. Generally complete tear of the rotator cuff, needs arthroscopic repair, but as I said complete tear without any symptoms also is possible.
