Please see image attached . Can the ring finger be fixed ? If so, what is procedure involved? Plastic surgery ? What will be approx cost ? Post surgery, any maintenance or risks in future?

So it was amputated . Sorry ,theres no quick fix for this as such, except a prosthesis (If there is one). All the best.
