Right ovarian haemorrhage cyst
I have severe lower abdominal pain for past 2 weeks.right ovarian haemorrhage cyst is seen in scan.scan was taken after 15 days of menstrual cycle.will the cyst disapper by itself..or surgery has to be done..i have pricking pain in abdomen.what has to be done for it.is it serious

If the cyst is less than 5 cm it will resolve on its own Need to do follow up scan after 3 months Now pain killer when pain is there No role for any hormone pills If cyst more than 5 cm it needs to be removed by laparoscopy
