Right ovarian cyst and appendix

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am suffering with lots of vomits and abdominal pain from 2 weeks. In ultrasound scan it shows that RIGHT OVARIAN HEMORRHAGIC CYST(36*25mm) and APPENDIX SEEN 5-6 LUMEN. I have consulted a gynaecologist she said that I have to under go a laparoscopic surgery . Is there any treatment available with out any surgery. Please help me out to sort my problem.

IV antibiotics can be tried . Up to 2 weeks u r having a problem , it is good to go with your doctors decision.
