  4. Right middle finger pain. To normal?

Right middle finger pain
I was shooting photo from a heavy camera with one hand. There is pain in my right hand in the bone around finger 2 and 4 (thumb bekng finger 1). What should i do to get it back to normal

Hi.. I would recommend lot of icing for your forearm and fingers... If you have some Anti inflammatory prescribed to you earlier you can have them.. Should be ok within 3 days... Hope this is helpful for you.. Kindly revert back in case you need any further clarification..
