Right Kedney shows mild hydronephrosis

Right side paid in last rib portion pain comes
and go but pain like current in last rib this is since long time today we got ultra sound report and it shawing hydronephrosis in right Kedney before we done ultra sound 6month back but that time nothing was there all normal but pain is since 10year now today we got ultrasound in this it is shawing this problem

Get it further elaborated by a functional study like IVP or CT Urography to clinical significance and cause of hydronephrosis
