Right hillar calcification
I had medical exam for middle east doctor make me unfit due to right Hilar calcification i can be treated my medicines or not i want to know.i make an x-ray in diagnostic center they wrote in report two small opacities with central lucency noted in left lower zone what it mean

Hi. I understand your concerns. unfortunately these are scars of old infection. No treatment can make them disappear.

Two opacity with central lucency is unusual and can be active infection.. if it was only opacity then probably it would have been calcification..
Next Steps
get CT chest with contrast to rule out infection possibility
