Right hand palm is itching severely

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Right hand palm on the little finger side along with the little finger in itching severely since 2 days. I'm applying hand cream,but not very effective. I believe it is due to dryness which I'm facing since many years on my palms but no redness or dry/flaky skin. Attaching pictures showing area of concern. Redness is due to scratching. Please advise.
