Right Frontal SOL Glioblastoma Multiform
A case of GBM, tumor diagnosed on 22 Nov 2016, confirmed gbm after surgery on 6 Feb 2017. Left side hemiplegia post surgery and there is only a slight improvement in that. Received 33 doses of radiation with adjuvant tmz. and now in November 6 cycles of tmz have completed. The previous MRI (6 months ago) didn't show any signs of tumor recurrence. The problems are : As we lower the dose of Dexa. patient's health become worse. On 2 mg a day currently. Swelling in feet. Can't drink water easily.

Patient Will have to continue steroids if symptoms of raised ICT are there. Also follow up is required
