Right fallopian tube removed
I had continous right side ectopic pregnancies for past 2 years and some of pregnancies aborted using injection some resolved on its own, so doctor removed right side fallopian tube recently to avoid future ectopic pregnancies. Left tube is open but mild long & tortuous, now trying to conceive naturally. Since all my previous pregnancies were from right side so I have doubt whether my left ovary produces mature egg. Can I take any medicines to make left ovary produce mature eggs? Please suggest

Hi Since your right tube is removed and the left one appears mildly long and tortuous, it may not be a egg problem but a tube problem . You could try to increase the number of follicles produced each month with the help of medications but that will not guarantee that the left side makes eggs . Meet up with a fertility physician who can guide you ahead and prescribe the required medications .
