Try
A. Cold compresses
B. Use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop ( epitane) twice daily along with lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently
C. Soft steroid like fluorometholone eyedrop can be used in severe cases in pulse dose
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis

It could be due to allergy and dryness and computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye if you are a regular computer user .Please share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby .
