Right eye is always red..

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I wake up in the morning i see my eyes red(i dnt drink). I use eye drops n they r good den. But my right eye remains red near the black circle(i forgot the name) in the eyeball. Its been years for my eye to b red. Plz help..when my eyes r red the right one is more red than the left. No prblm in left eye.
