Right eye flickering
Right eye is flickering from past 3-4 days
Have tried iTone and have washed eyes with water 2-3 times a day.
Getting good night sleep of 7 hrs still there is issue

Working for long hours on computer ,smartphone & watching T V for long period of time cause CVS(computer vision syndrome). Some lubricating eye drops 4-5 times a day give lots of reliefs eg Refresh liquigel or systane ultra or genteal eye drops. Everybody blinks 24 times a minute normally, in cvs it comes down to 8 a minute, normal blinking is must for no eye complaints.

Hello.......stress, tiredness, eye strain watching TV for long period of time, caffeine, nutritional deficiency, allergies are the possible causes.....usually it don't need any treatment. Subsides on its own..... Sometimes these persistent twitches can be treated with Botox injections that help stop muscle contractions.consult ophthalmologist.
