My right is flickering for last 3 days.. what could be the reason and what should i do...i am having sound sleep and no alocohol...

Eye flickering can be caused by stress,eyestrain,fatigue, nutritional deficiency, caffeine etc so consult physician to treat these .no need to worry untill unless it is associated with red eye,eyelid dropping etc .eye symptoms
