Right Ear Tinnitus
I have pulsatile Tinnitus almost since 2 to 3yrs.I have ear pain sometimes and also head ache frequently. The constant ringing in ears stop when I press my neck. Also, I had an accident where I hit my head to the road very hard. Is there anything to worry about?

your history suggests that you have a benign vascular tumour in your ear- Glomus Tympanicum which needs to be removed carefully as it is intimately related to the carotid artery which is a major blood supplying artery to your head!
