Well it's quite possible that you are suffering from it due to the cold, cough..I would suggest you to meet an ENT specialist in person so that we can examine and see if there is any problem... please meet a doctor inn person and get examined...thank you

I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days.
Take steam inhalation thrice a day.
Get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
