Right chest pain fever due fibroadenoma

My Mother having Fibroadenoma in right chest. I have done usg and report showing infected cyst. Now It is paining and fever also coming. Please suggest what to do?

Hi, Once it's infected, surgery can't be done immediately. Have Antibiotics and once the infection settles, plan for surgical removal with the help of surgeon. Don forget to send the tissue for TB testing.
