Right atrial enlargement & abnormal ecg
I recently got my  ecg done as I have a weird feeling on the left side of my chest , I can feel my heart beat thumping and feel like it's beating very fast. So I recently got my complete health checked and found that my ECG is abnormal and there is a right atrial enlargement. There is always a discomfort and light pain on the left side  it's hard to stay normal. I am experiencing this since a week. Please help me , is this serious ? Can it be reversed ,should I be worried. I have attached my ecg report please help me
