The images suggest Hypertrophic Scars. The scars take about 3 to 6 months to stabilise.
Next Steps
Topical medicated gel application at this stage for 2-3 months will clear the scar.
Health Tips
A scar persisting beyond 6 months in spite of topical therapy will require other modalities such as microneedling.
