Right anterior knee pain while squatting
I have had left knee pain for about 2 weeks. The knee primarily hurts on the outside of the knee when folded. Squatting down on heels is not as bad. Squatting down in a catchers stance on balls of feet is painful. No audible clicking or popping. Feels very tight. Hurts the most in morning or long inactive periods. No impacts on knee that I know about. Pain started after a 2 mile run after being sedintary for about a month. Pain isn’t getting better. Little to no pain while leg is straight.
