I have used madicine over 4 month but there is no changement in size(58×34 mm).so what can i do in present condition.is ther any possibality of surgery?

what is your problem.i think you are having problem of pcod.If period is not regular then take medicine for regulating the menstruation cycle.Cinsult to gynaecologist for further details.
