Righ eye smaller than left eye
My right eye looks smaller than left eye. This has been since my childhood. Due to this, right eye looks little droopy. Attached an image. Is there any surgery to make the right eyelid open a little similar to the left eyelid.

There are surgeries to improve lid droop. In your case apparently it isn't much. You can still have a consult for proper assessment

It is called ptosis. It can be improved by doing ptosis surgery.
