Ridges in nail
I have horizontal ridges in my thumb for several years now. It seems that I'm also getting these ridges on my toe nails now. I'm 22.

The ridges on the nails can be because of multiple causes it can be nutritional in nature or it can be also seen in intimate three conditions like like in plainness or psoriasis. A proper examination of not just the near but also the skin would be needed to correlate the findings and come to a proper diagnosis. I would recommend meeting a dermatologist or getting an online consult. Hope this is helpful.
