Ridding and vomiting
Had fallen from bike and injured in back side of brain but nothing came out in ct scan. Now she is complaining ridding and vomiting like feeling. Kindly assist me that how to get rid of this.

No details about the timing of the fall, immediate complaints, medications received. Vomiting sensation and persistent headache is sometimes related to internal injury like Cerebral Concussion or Pain killers if given.
Next Steps
You should be under the observation of Neurosurgeon or if not a General Surgeon till complaints are relieved for further intervention if necessary
