Incision and Drainage: Drape, sterile environement. Clean area w/ alcohol, betadine. Inject lidocaine w/ epi. Cut w/ scalpel. Drain pus and sac. Explore. Irrigate. Suture, internal (4.0 polysorb), external 5.0. Abx, bandage. RTC 1 wk suture removal.
