Hello there...I can understand your concern. Was there any history of trauma to the chest? Pain over the ribs can be due to costochondritis. We will need a more elaborate history and clinical examination. For the cold you can take tablet levicetrizine 5mg in the nightafter food. For the pain in the chest consult a orthopedic for further evaluation.
