It can be due to vitamin d 3 deficiency in childhood.  Start with  capsule uprise D3 60,000 IU once a week x 8 weeks and tab shelcal 1 tab twice a day x 2 months. Do see a physiotherapy doctor and learn breathing exercise.  And do see an orthopaedic surgeon near u to assess u properly and guide u with respect of any shortcomings if any
