  4. Rhinoplasty. For all of that cost?

I had 2 bad Rhinoplasty's. I'm looking to have a revision. I want the medpor on the bridge out, bone on the tip out, and nostril reduction. How much would the average for all of that cost? I'm planning to have it done in Manila. Thank you!
