Recently suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. Consulted an orthopaedic doctor who advised braces for both the legs, pl suggest whether it is permanent remedy. Wear and tear occurring to both knees towards inside. Waiting for your reply.

Rheumatoid arthritis as such doesn’t have permanent cure. Taking age into consideration u may be having secondary osteoarthritis OA which is usual wear and tear of joint. OA occurs little early in Rheumatoid arthritis patient. For Rheumatoid arthritis u can consult rheumatologist. For osteoarthritis physiotherapy and life style changes help initially. Later stages u can go for joint injections. Surgery like knee replacement TKR is last option
