Best way is to keep doing yoga as it will keep the joints flexible and in full range of motion,also it will increase the muscle stength....but since its an active phase it is advisable to take medicines and take physiotherapy treatment.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Take a tablet aceclofenac 100mg twice a day after food as of now for pain management. Have a lot of fruits and vegetables. Tab. Absolut 3G once a day after food for weakness. Have a high fiber food. Soft diet. Lots of water. Kindly consult a general physician in person for further management. Best regards.
