Rheumatoid arthritis
My mother had chikungunya 3 years back , she is taking 50 mg thyronorm and now got rheumatoid arthritis ra = 120 and she takes hcq 200 from 1 year . She has more stiffness and pain please suggest ,How to improve her life and can rheumatoid factor comes to normal

Once inflammation comes down ra factor become normal.
She needs methotrexate once weekly but can only be given under the observation of doctor with prior lab tests and regular monitor ing.. Plz take consultation and keep her in regular follow up
