I'm 28 years old and I've been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis since two years now. Have tried allopathic and ayurveda medicines, but haven't experienced any improvement. Off late the swelling and stiffness has now increased and persists in knees, ankles, elbows, shoulder and both the hands, also there is severe leg pain. Literally immobile in the morning.

Hi, Rhematoid Arthritis is annoying as it gives pain and stiffness and makes it difficult to do daily activities
Rhematologist might give you meds for this which is important for RA
But only way to stay with minimal pain and stiffness is by doing exercises everyday for all your Joints.
I can give a proper guide on how to go about with the exercises at home.
