As she was having a pricking pain tin the anal passage , we consulted a doctor here and took a sigmoidoscopy test which was normal excepting annal fissures Also pls advice whether she has to take a colonoscopy once again sir.

After 5 years, the usual protocol is cea every year and colonoscopy every 2nd year till 10 years then only if required
