  4. Return of PID pain. Could be the reason?

Return of PID pain
I had PID few days ago. The doctor gave me Ciplox TZ twice for 10 days and the pain was completely vanished and 2 days after that I had my regular periods bt 6 days after periods, I had a rough sex and then the same old pain started after sex and I had little bleeding for an hour too. What could be the reason? Should I continue the old medicine as the symptoms and pain are exactly same.
