Retina hole surgery
The patient was diagnosed with retina hole in one eye and had laser surgery for the same .now he has the same problem twice for the other eye...and surgery is performed for the same..what could be the possible reason for the hole to appear againa and again in both the eyes and what precautions can be taken ..this is the third time the patient is asked to go through laser surgery...the patient is in lucknow can you please suggest some good doctors ove there..all minor information  will be of great help for the kid

Hello I assume you are talking about retinal hole in periphery of retina Sometimes there are multiple holes in periphery,,so we need to need do laser for them Regarding Recurrence.. It is very difficult to comment without examining you Kindly share your case file so that I may guide you better Regards

is the patient have high myopia  .bcoz it's also due genetic retinoschiasis,high myopia, traumatic or vascular etc .may have different  stages and also recurrent. the best centre in India  about this is shankar netralaya Chennai.
