I was told I am having solar Retinopathy please find the OCT report and guide me whether my problem is mild medium or servere?
What are the chnaces of recovery?
My vision is 6/6 but I get blur on both eyes at the center.

Do you have a history of direct viewing of the sun/welding arc/UV light/eclipse exposure? If yes then there might be a possibility. OCT seems fairly normal at this point, but need to see all the scans in the machine for detailed evaluation. Even if you have it, seems to be mild.
Next Steps
Get an accurate refraction done and use appropriate glasses. I'm assuming all other causes for your blurry vision have been ruled out by Ophthalmologist as you already have an OCT done too.
