Retained poc in USG but no bleeding
I took abortions pills on 1st of March 4 tablets of misoprostol vaginally . Then I was bleeding for 17days continuously on 18th of march I went for USG it showed that I still have retained poc . Endometrial stripes with 9mm . My gynac gave me 3 more tablets of misoprostol to insert vaginally . I did it on 18th of march but all of sudden on the very same day bleeding stopped even there was no spotting. Should I go for d & c as suggested by my gynac ?

Do a beta hcg test.
If thats raised you are sure that there is something retained inside..
After that you cn go for surgical evacuation .
Consult directly for further management
