Misoprost 200 mg works best for 7 wks miscarriage .....this helps to avoid a invasive surgery .. you should go for a follow up USG after 10 days of taking misoprost ..to check for any retained products.
U can definitely try to conceive again in next cycle as misoprost has no side effects for future pregnancy ...but ideally u should give a gap of 3 months ......let ur body get healed ... also go for blood investigations to rule out any infection pathology.
