Restrictions in my father's diet
My father had brain stroke 4 years back. And he is under medication of high BP(2 times a day), cholestrol and neuro medicines. Hence there are restrictions in his diet. He cannot have any nuts, milk, cream, paneer, chicken, mutton, etc. Can he take muesli in the morning or is it harmful in case of high BP and cholestrol?
