Restless legs syndrome. Treatment.

My neuro physician has being prescribing antidepressants such as dothip25, nexito10mg. Zefretrol 400mg, Daxid 25 mg , along with rivotril as base (constant, regular) medicine. Antidepressants are causing. erectile dysfunction, low sex drive, delayed ejaculation. Does it lead to infertility. Therefore I was thinking of switching from antidepressants to 5HTP, supplements. Does it work in place of antidepressants. I am even thinking of taking bupropion xl 150 for restless legs. Nerve pain discomfort. when asked to my neuro physician he told me to quit medicines, as there is no further treatment. Even pregablin nt & Gabapentin have stopped working for me. Earlier medicine prescribed were mirapex, ropark 0.5mg. syndopa 275,pacitane. Thank you.
