Restless leg syndrome
I have seen my father so many times to move his leg in sleep since last 2 years and feels itching and pin in leg and sometimes in hand as well. We have taken also suggestion from our near by doctors around 1 year ago but did not take further due to not get improvement. I am attaching video of my father. I don't know exact name of diseases but I do some Google over it. I created one gif images at the time of sleeping and captured leg movement on gif image(2 sec video) and attached here. Please suggest us about treatment/exercise, medicines and test. Medical conditions: Sometime high BP Non-alcoholic

There are various reasons and most importantly it’s excessive tiredness and electrolytes imbalance too. Drink more hydrating fluids.

Please check serum iron and ferritin as RLS affects iron levels. And blood glucose. Emg ncv to rule out peripheral neuropathy. There are various medicines available for RLS on prescription.
