8yrs ago I fell from 3rd floor balcony. I'm healthy in every other way but my hands, fingers started shaking from then. I was wondering if it's resting tremor. I want to know the diagnosis and treatment would help or not? incase it does what are the medications I need to follow. Is a surgery required?

Hi, glad to know that you are safe with less neurological signs after your fall from the third floor balcony, hope you would have done your MRI and other procedures that time. There might be a small insult or lesion in certain areas of the brain which resulted in tremors? I hope you must be following a periodical visit to the neurophysician. If not please follow up with the same and get the appropriate medication and for further guidance and evaluation visit a Neuro physiotherapist
Next Steps
Visit a Neurophysician and a Neuro-Physiotherapist

Certain weight bearing exercise, cognitive training would benefit in physiotherapy point of view with medication
