Respiration problem
Hi my friend having problems with respiration when he walk more than 2 floors increase in breathe and increase in heart beats. And also when he laughing the whistling sound came, and stiffness in chest when he laugh more than 5 seconds. he is also overweight and also problem with some time gerd is he have asthma?

Hi If he is already diagnosed case of asthma then these things can happen plz ask him to get his treatment rationalize if not tell him to get an ECG ,xray chest , thyroid profile,cbc,and pulmonology function test done Also ask him to try to loose weight it will help him a lot Thankyou

Get a CBC, LFT, KFT, LIPID PROFILE, ECG, ECHO AND PFT DONE. As your friend is obsese then he may have cardiac or pulmonary case of breathlessness.
