Resolving Chole cystitis
3 weeks ago I had severe upper stomach pain. I did scan. Doctor told gall bladder mild enlarged(5mm). From then I started eating more fruits, buttermilk. Doctor also prescribed some antibiotics. I did LFT. It was normal. Now the pain has gone. My question is I won't eat much oily food or spicy food. My mistake is I used to skip breakfast and have direct lunch at 11. May be this is the cause for the pblm. Pls suggest what diet is to be taken for gall bladder inflammation. Also will I get this pblm back in future?

U can have Normal diet just avoid Fatty foods..Seems like u had acalculus cholecystitis where there is no Stone but gallbladder inflammation is there..Some liver function enzymes do change in this scenario...but we'll just avoid Fatty foods...if u again have cholecystitis  then Gallbladder should be removed
